Tuition & Fees

Registration Fee:

  • $200 per child

Miscellaneous Fee:

  • $15 Earthquake Kit Fee (New Students Only)
  • $100.00 Technology Fee/Accelerated Reader Program/Testing Subscription Fee

Included in the Technology Fee is a Kindle Tablet that each student will receive. The Tablet will stay in the classroom for       lesson use only. The tablets will not be going home, however if a student is transferred out of school the student will take  the tablet with him/her.

Payment of Tuition

Each family is expected to honor the signed tuition agreement on file at the school.

Tuition payments are made on an 11-month basis (August through June) through SMART Tuition Management. Annual tuition payments are discounted by $100.00 if paid in full by August 31st. Such payments are to be made directly to the school office.

 

Tuition Assistance

St. Paul of the Cross School utilizes the Catholic Education Foundation, Tuition Awards Program, to assist families in need of financial assistance. In addition, grants afforded through various fundraisers are also available to those facing financial difficulty.

 

Additional Family Commitments

The quality of a Catholic school education experience involves an ongoing partnership between home and school. St. Paul of the Cross School requires that all families, whose children attend this school, agree to the following conditions, in addition to the payment of tuition:

1. Complete 40 hours of service

  • 12 hours for the Annual Carnival (September), or donate $120
  • 5   mandatory hours for one Fish Fry Friday.
  • 15 hours for the second half of the school year (February-May)
  • 15 mandatory bingo work hours, or donate $150.00 (due by September )
  • Hours not completed will be billed at the rate of $10 per hour

2. Participate in the SCRIP program

  • Purchase SCRIP to total $4,000.00
  • Or, pay a one-time buyout of $400.00

3. Fiesta Raffle Tickets

  • Sell $60 worth of raffle tickets

4. Support all fundraisers

  • TBA $240

5. Be knowledgeable of and follow the policies and procedures of St. Paul of the Cross School

6. Publicly support the school, administration and faculty of the school
